For Veterans and their friends and families, the return home is often just the first step in a longer readjustment process. The deployment cycle (pre, during and post deployment) brings up new challenges, responsibilities, and changes for both Service Members and families.
Deployment changes both Service and family members. Nightmares, anger, and guilt are examples of normal reactions following deployment war. When are these reactions more serious?
